Below are my plans for the next six years. Obviously these are ongoing so can change. I will add more costings soon.
2010
-
To take delivery of the Liberty XS.
-
To train with coaches at Spinnaker club to maximise Keith's performance in the Liberty.
-
To attend the Sailability club at least three times a week with an extra race session on Sunday's.
-
To attend any extra training sessions away from Spinnaker club.
-
Between April and the end of September to participate in 10 Access Travellers Trophy events and come in the top two.
-
In September to participate in the UK Access National Championships and come in the top two.
-
In June, participate in the 2010 Access World Championship and come in the top four.
-
To order a SKUD 18 by the end of 2010.
-
Keith will commence finding a disabled female crew for the SKUD 18 to comply with the ISAF Regulations.

2011
-
It is Keith's intention to continue training and racing in the access Liberty class until our SKUD arrives.
-
Once we have obtained a SKUD we will need to advertise for a regular shore crew who will assist us to set up the boat at training sessions and at the races, make alterations and repairs to the boat.

We will need to order a second SKUD so that we can train in one in the UK while the other is shipped to events. This will need to arrive by October 2011 at the latest in order to be shipped for the January 2012 ISAF Miami OCR event.

We will also need to order a third set of sails, extra mast etc.

In order to maximise performance we will have to train in Weymouth for at least four days per week.
-
Start attending race events and training sessions with other SKUD teams in the UK.
-
Team up with a coach who will be available to train us at Weymouth and also come to events.
2012
-
To race the SKUD in all ISAF events
-
To participate in SKUD events in up to 7 ISAF events as well as the SKUD racing and training sessions in the UK.
2013-2015
-
To continue to develop our sailing skills Weymouth.
-
To gain RYA funding.
-
In the 2015 become Britain's top SKUD pairing and be selected for the Paralympics in 2016.
-
To continue to race at the world ISAF Sailing tour.
2016

To win a medal at the 2016 Paralympics, hopefully gold!
